The Associated Press reported yesterday:
* Foreclosures grew by 70% in the 3rd quarter compared to 2007.
* 776,000 property owners received at least one foreclosure-related notice between July and September.
* RealtyTrac expects more than one million bank-owned properties to be on the market by the end of this year.
*One third of all homes for sale in the U.S. are bank-owned currently.
